Fruit + Veggie Experts

Buddy Broccoli + Silly Strawberry wants you to learn the difference between a fruit and a vegetable!
Students will participate in a picnic activity that includes tasting fruits and veggies while we learn the difference between the two. This lesson promotes making healthy nutritional choices and movement breaks.
Teachers are often surprised at how adventurous the "picky" students become during this lesson.
